SAP Note 13450 - Update termination with insert KNC3 / LFC3

Symptom:

The update terminates with function module POST_DOCUMENT.
Error message: Error with insert KNC3 or LFC3

Cause and prerequisites

Generally two updates attempt an insert one after the other.

Solution
Postupdating of the terminated documents with /NSM13
