SAP Note 13449 - Decentralized WMS: No mail messages are sent

Symptom:

For new materials that are transferred to R/3 via a communications
record, orwhen faulty communications records exist, no mail message
is sent to the user that was defined in Customizing.

Cause and prerequisites

A proxy has been defined in the MAIL user.

Solution
Remove the proxy.
