SAP Note 27247 - MB02: No saving after F3 from output maintenance

Symptom:

If you maintain a message with function "Change material document", the message is not saved when you choose 'Back' (F3) on the output maintenance screen even if you save the material document.
Save the message with 'Save' (F11) on the output maintenance screen.

Cause and prerequisites

The function was not supported up to now.
