SAP Note 25467 - G/L account fast entry: Additional account assignments

Symptom:

Additional account assignments are not copied from the preceding line (for example cost center)

Cause and prerequisites

You cannot copy additional account assignments without further ado into subsequent lines if they are derived automatically. Example:You enter line with an account as primary cost element and a cost center that is derived automatically. The cost center may not even be included on the fast entry screen.
In the subsequent lines, amounts and changing account types/primary cost elements are specified, the tax indicators, for example, are copied. Since the cost center of the first primary cost element is replaced in the background, this would be copied automatically in the background into all subsequent lines if you copy the data from the preceding line.If you then do not perform a check on the detail view of the line item, it is very likely that you post factual errors.
For this reason, it was not yet implemented in the standard system.
Notes:

1. If you enter a line with the required data and if you only enter the amount in the subsequent lines, the following fields are copied automatically:
posting key, account, account type, tax indicator.

2. The definition as a required entry is not relevant for the copying procedure.

Solution
There is no possible solution.
