SAP Note 24722 - Define G/L account reference: Short text is a mandatory fiel

Symptom:

When creating G/L accounts by copying in the Customizing of financial accounting (transaction OBG9), the short text is not copied from the reference account but you get error message FB048 (Please enter G/L account short text).
