SAP Note 24626 - ME21: Subcontracting creation without reservation

Symptom:

When you create subcontract orders, no reservation is created for the component to be provided. You receive the error message: M7841
'No reservation exists for specified data' if you, for example, want to see reservations for the material.

Cause and prerequisites

The reason is that an RESB record is created for the component to be provided but no RKPF record (header record reservation).
