The operation EFIVA calculates the number of rest holidays which have to be paid in the payroll in case of termination.
This number of days won´t be calculated correctly if there is a termination and a re-hire in the same payroll period.
In this case the number of rest holidays calculated considers the rest holidays corresponding to the re-hire.
Program error.
Please modify the Include RPCMSPE1 of the payroll driver with the correction number K139231 as follows.
The behaviour of the EFIVA operation should be as follows:
The operation EFIVA will select ONLY the records of infotype 5 that are valid for the current year or for previous years, but ONLY those with the limit_date to take the vacation ending IN the period being computed. This means:
- 1. vacation days not used, but with limit_date ending BEFORE the current period (for example, when this right can not be extended from one year to the next), will NOT be selected.
- 2. vacation days not used, but with limit_date endinf AFTER the current period (for example, in case of re-hiring), will NOT be selected.
