SAP Note 18821 - Home cntry window missing in layout set F110_AT_DTA

Symptom:

'Home country' window is missing in layout set F110_AT_DTA or 'Wrong
payment method'.

Cause and prerequisites

The release notes were not read (conversion in 2.2A).

Solution
As of 2.2A, the text key T042Z-TXTSL is used as controlling factor in Include RFFORIA4 of RFFOAT_U (Up to 2.1z there was a hard-coded query on the payment method.).
You have to use :
15 - for cash payment orders
43 - for bank transfers
82 - for debit memos by bank collection procedure
83 - for other debit memos
In HR, the text key is in field T520S-TXTSL, depending on the wage type.
