SAP Note 18631 - PC entry: Printout does not contain all breakdowns

Symptom:

When you print data entry forms in the PC entry transaction with parameter selection "With breakdown", not all breakdowns are displayed in the list. The totals values, however, are correct.

Cause and prerequisites

The error only occurs, if you have selected the parameters "With breakdown" and "Without zero items" at the same time.

Solution
When you print the breakdown, only select this parameter and deselect the parameter "Without zero items".

In table T879, you can change the text for the interface of the PC entry accordingly:

T879: D PC 00987 Ohne Nullpositionen....: <- old
T879: D PC 00987 oder ohne Nullpos......: <- new

After the download, you can see that only one of the parameters may be selected.

If the PC entry is used in several languages, you have to change the texts for all languages accordingly.
