SAP Note 18627 - HR query: repeat field as selection field

Symptom:

Two things are happening:
1. Records that do not conform to the selection condition are also printed.
2. The generated query has a syntax error, for example, the field P0008-LGA01 is unknown.

Cause and prerequisites

In the query, a repeat field is used as a selection field. The repeat field should not be printed; it should be used only for the selection. For technical reasons, this is not possible.

Solution
The repeat field has to be printed with the query list. A list of repeat fields is contatin Table T770P. This list contains the respective Infotypes and the first three letters fo the repeat field. The letters are expanded in the DDIC structure with consecutive numbers.
