SAP Note 16689 - Incorrect French dunning forms

Symptom:

On the French dunning forms F150_BE_DUNN_01, F150_DUNN_01 and F150_DUNN_10, the dunning levels of the items and the days in arrears are not printed.

Corrected in 3.0F.
For the moment, add the two fields MHND-VERZN and MHND-MAHNN to the "MAIN" window (text element "531") for the above-mentioned dunning forms (you can use the form "F150_DUNN_03" as a reference).
