Symptom:

Table T510Y is not processed correctly for wage types from 24.00 (12 midnight) to 24.59 (1 minute before 1 AM).

You should make the following changes in RPTEZL00:
Routine
FORM XIT-NEW-DATE.
* CHECK XIT-ENDUZ(2) GT '240000'. "K11K100643 <-- deactivate
CHECK XIT-ENDUZ(4) GT '240000'. "K11K100643 <-- insert
