SAP Note 13468 - No autom. creation of mat. master in decentral. WMS

Symptom:

Material master communications records that are transferred from
R/2 to R/3 are not automatically processed (created or changed).
SLOG does not record the cause of the error; instead, merely a
rollback is recorded.

Cause and prerequisites

The CPI-C user does not have the required authorizations.

Solution
Provide the CPI-C user with the necessary authorizations.
