Fields have been entered in the incompletion procedure at item level
from table VBKD (Business data).
During creation, they are not taken into account when the check for
incompleteness is carried out.
The fields were not entered in the header procedure.
The business data are generally not created on item level. They are
usually created manually when alternative data is entered in the item.
Where no alternative item data exists, the check is carried out
on the basis of the header procedure.
Example:
Customer group (VBKD-KDGRP) should be obligatory in the
standard order.
It must be entered in the item procedure (e.g.20) and in the header
procedure (e.g. 11).
If the field in the header procedure is not offered, you need to
use SM31 to enter it under Error group MK in table TVUVF.
You need to expand the entry for VBKD-KDGRP.
MK VBKD KDGRP 02 WKD1
You can then use Customizing to add the field to the header group 11.
When you process the error log, you do not access the appropriate
processing screen with a double click. In 3.0, an error F-code will be
delivered which you can enter instead of WKD1 in table TVUVF.
As of Release 3.0D, you can use Note 171684 to install the required functions.
