SAP Note 10423 - Customizing AuC settlemnt profile without CO orders.

Symptom

In Customizing of the settlement profile for assets under
construction (OKO7) or when distributing / settling assets
under construction (AIAB / AIBU), different error messages are
output: for example:
00058 Entry in table TKB1A / TKB5A is not available.
KD523 Settlement document: Please define a number range.

Cause and prerequisites

Settlement schema or settlement profile or number range for
settlement document is not defined.

Solution
The settings for the settlement are made in CO Customizing for
internal orders. If this has not (yet) been carried out, you have to
make the following settings for the AuC settlement:

Settlement schema:
In client 000, a settlement structure A1 is delivered for the AuC
settlement. If this is not available in your operative client, you
can define it via the configuration menu

Accounting ->
Controlling -> Internal orders -> Actual postings -> Settlement.
In this case, you should use the settlement schema A1 from
client 000 as a reference.
Settlement profile:
In client 000, a settlement profile AI is delivered for the AuC
settlement. If this is not available in your operative client, you
can define it via the configuration menu Accounting -> Asset
management -> Transactions -> Assets under Constr. -> Settlement
profiles. In this case, you should use the settlement profile AI
from client 000 as a reference.
Specify the settlement profile in the definition of the asset
company code (by means of XPRA, the settlement profile AI is
entered into all existing asset company codes.).
