SAP Note 23437 - HR: Reorganization (RPUREORX) when you use loan

Symptom:

The effects of a reorganization of the payroll results (cluster RD) with report RPUREORX on the payroll accounting of the loans managed in HR is not clear.

Cause and prerequisites

Note incomplete in report RPUREORX.

Solution

Note the following for the evaluation of loans:

1. Payroll accounting

Payroll accounting receives the loan status and further cumulative values from the previous payroll result.

For this reason, for the loan accounting at least the last accounting result (A-record) from the last period before the earliest possible retroactive accounting as it was determined after the reorganization, must also be available.

2. Evaluations
An evaluation of loan development (RPCLOF00) is only possible if the payroll results and the period exist before. For this only the A-results are necessary.

For the displays from the point of view of financial accounting (RPCLOG00), in addition to the A-results for the evaluation period and the previous payroll period all P- and O-results for the evaluation period and the previous payroll period are needed.

Furthermore, all payroll results of all periods which have a retroactive accounting from the evaluation period or the period before are also needed.

Example:
Start of the evaluation period Jan. 01st, 1995; retroactive accounting from 1995 and December 1994 (period before the evaluation period) until May 1994 at the earliest .
At the earliest, payroll results until the end of April 1994 may be deleted.

Caution: This statement is the restriction from the point of view of loan evaluations. There can be further restrictions of other areas which have nothing to do with the loan.
