SAP Note 22202 - MD14, MD15: Error - Entry E not in T163

Symptom:

If a material is created with procurement type X, MRP will create planned orders for that material, with procurement type E. It should
then be possible to convert these planned orders to purchase
requisitions using transaction MD14 or MD15.
Both transactions give the following error when this is attempted:
E: Argument E not in Table T163.

This error can be reproduced in S11 client 002 by following the
steps detailed below:
1. call transaction md14
2. enter planned order number 10016680.
3. hit enter - the error message is returned.

it can also be produced by the following:

1. call transaction MD15
2. enter MRP controller 001, plant 0002 and procurement type E
3. hit enter
4. select any planned order
5. hit PF2.(convert to purch req) - the error message is returned.
