SAP Note 21134 - Format for name of customer / contact person

Symptom:

The name of the customer or contact person on the sales activity overview screen (SAPMV43A, screen 0200) is inconvenient in the following cases:
Customer name:
a) Neither city nor street are maintained ==> two follow-up commas
b) No street is maintained ==> one follow-up comma

Name of the contact person:
The structure would be the following:
Form of address first name, last name, telephone number
a) No form of address is maintained ==> Move first name by 1 position
b) No first name ==>´',' between form of address and name
c) No telephone number ==> everything ok (no follow-up comma

Program error

Solution
No standard correction possible, since the routine is in a USER Include. However, the corrections can easily be made by the customer (member MV43AFZ1, routines ZZ_PART_TEXT and ZZ_CUST_TEXT).
