SAP Note 19918 - RFUSVS10 - Customers/Vendors grouped acc. tax no.

Symptom:

The program RFUSVS10, which compiles the annual activity list for the Spanish tax authorities (form 347), does not group customers or vendors with the same tax number (NIF) as required.

Cause and prerequisites

Missing master data information.

Solution
All the customers or vendors which have the same tax number have to be linked via the field 'Fiscal address'. All customers or vendors where this field is maintained are reported with the data of the fiscal address master record.
