SAP Note 19303 - Copying standard reports into the customer client

Symptom:

Standard reports delivered by SAP are not up-to-date or destroyed in the customer client.

Cause and prerequisites

Customer action, tables deleted by mistake, and so on.

Solution
Report Writer reports are delivered in different applications. You can copy the standard reports via Customizing of this application from client 000.
If you alternatively want to import all standard report for all applications, call transaction GR55 and choose the function 'Uitlities' -> 'Transport' -> 'Copy from client'. In the selection screen, choose 'Copy without selection list' and 'Copy dependent objects'. All SAP delivered report objects begin with a digit. So you can, e.g., enter the range 0* to 9* for the report group.
