SAP Note 19144 - No authorization for Transaction DB02

Symptom:

No authorization for Transaction DB02 or any other.

Cause and prerequisites

When starting Transaction DB02 there is an authorization check on the object S_ADMI_FCD system authorization with the value ST0R. During maintenance, it was not checked whether this is 0 (zero) or O (as in Omega). The value STOR in an authorization for the object S_ADMI_FCD system authorizations therefore does not allow access to Transaction DB02. The same is valid for the value ST0M. The incorrect value STOM could also occur here.

Solution
Maintain the values ST0R and ST0M in the corresponding authorization.
