SAP Note 16269 - ISHCM Diagnoses batch-input: incorrect screen

Symptom:

The batch-input (also within the IS-HCM) runs into an error during the importing of diagnoses. An incorrect screen is called up. However, the error does not occur for all diagnoses/transactions.

Cause and prerequisites

If the assignment of the case to a departmental organizational unit is missing from the data and the case itself is also not (uniquely) assigned in the system, then the diagnosis transaction jumps to another screen which is not defined in the batch-input.

Solution

1. The transaction is useful in batch-input, since an assignment must be made explicitly.

2. Could not the missing assignment be specified by the data source (sender of the messages) ?
