When using requests for debit and credit memos, no quantities of incoming orders are updated in the info structures. This applies both to the SAP standard info structures and to the customer-specific info structures.
Only the quantities relevant for scheduling are updated as incoming order quantities. However, the requests for debit or credit memos do not contain schedule lines.
In the standard system, it is currently not possible to integrate the quantities of requests for credit or debit memos in the incoming order quantities of the info structure.
The quantities of requests for credit or debit memos, however, can be updated in separate performance measures of the info structures. But this is only possible in the customer-specific info structures. For this, new performance measures are defined. These performance measures must contain the source field "Target quantity" of the order item in the update definition (instead of the "Cumulative order quantity" as for the quantity of incoming orders).
