SAP Note 16145 - HR: Inexplicable results when transferring to FI

Symptom:

The transfer of payroll results from payroll accounting to financial accounting with RPCALCx0 via procedure x500 and REPORT RPCIPO00 contains inexplicable values; Repeating evaluations provide other values. The posted amounts are not clear.
Other key words: RPCALCD0, RPCALCA0, RPCALCC0, D500, A500, RPCIPX00, RPCIPX01

Cause and prerequisites

One possible cause for these values in the posting document is the folllowing handling error:
A partial posting of correctly processed employees and a follow-up posting of employees rejected in the initial run is not available in the HR System.
For this reason, if even one employee is rejected during the payroll evaluation run with the RPCALCx0 via procedure x500, the procedure must be repeated until no employees are rejected.
Reason
----------
Because of requirements posed by general accounting principles, follow-up postings on individual employees is not provided in the HR System. There is no way to identify and select employees for subsequent follow-up posting. Results transferred from a payroll run via a payroll subunit can either be completely posted, or not at all.
If an employee is rejected in an evaluation run for payroll with RPCALCD0 and procedure x500, the data set in the file is incomplete; for this reason you must find the error and repeat the evaluation run until no employees are rejected.
Note
---------
If data sets which were created during an evaluation run where an employee was rejected are posted, the data set may contain single postings belonging to the employee who was rejected. This type of posting is permitted, but causes poroblems in Financial Accounting

Solution
The data set created when running payroll with RPCALCx0 and procedure x500 may only be processed when NO employees are rejected.
