SAP Note 12842 - List blocked billing documents, documents missing

Symptom:

The list of "Blocked billing documents" (VFX3) does not contain all
blocked billing documents, i.e. the documents blocked due to
missing export data are not included.

Cause and prerequisites

The underlying report RVFAKSPE accesses the matchcode dataset of
matchcode VMCF, ID "A" (billing documents pending for transfer to FI).
The selection conditions of the matchcode are too limited.

Solution
Change via transaction SE12 for matchcode VMCF, ID "A" the selection
condition, reactivate it and reconstruct the matchcode (via report
SAPMACO).
The correct selection conditions are:

RFBSK 1 0 EQ ' ' OR
RFBSK 1 0 EQ 'A' OR
RFBSK 1 0 EQ 'B' OR
RFBSK 1 0 EQ 'F' OR
RFBSK 1 0 EQ 'G' AND
FKTYP 1 0 NE 'R'
