Problems occur when deleting evaluation structures

Cause and prerequisites

1. Changes to DDIC tables (which are the basis of evaluation structures) prevent the deletion of evaluation structure.

2. A non-existing library prevents the deletion of evaluation structure. This situation can result from incorrect transports, for example.
