SAP Note 25486 - Country version program does not convert RSCICO02 O035

Symptom:

  • The program is started online:
    The country version program does not convert anything and leaves the program without issuing a message.
  • The program is started in the background:
    Message CZ090 appears: 'Program SAPLSENQ already being processed'.
Cause and prerequisites

Error in the program coding.
