SAP Note 25428 - Setting productn order del. flag w. PPREOSEL, CO78

Symptom:

When setting the deletion flag with PPREOSEL, the table for the locked entries overflowed. Only deletion flags for production orders with system status TECO were set during this background processing run. This means that the problem becomes even more drastic if you set the deletion flag for production orders with system status DLV.

Cause and prerequisites

Locks remain in existence although the order is not updated.
