SAP Note 25391 - VA01: Termination V1331 for config.material

Symptom:

Create sales order With a configurable material. Termination message V1331 occurs when saving: "Item ... does not exist."
Performance Problem: The quantity correlation is carried out too often, as is the transport of fields from the main item into the sub-items.
