The service master transactions (NT01, NT02, NT03) do not take the validity of columns and column definitions into account in all cases. This can lead to it that, after a user has created new column values (NT01) for a service at a particular time, these are no longer recognized by the transaction afterwards.
The same problem can occur if new column values were calculated with the program RNUKARE3 (Calculate a price column for flat rates per case and procedures surcharges).
Solution
The programm RNUKARE2 (available as of 2.24) reorganizes the column data of a catalog and takes all validity intervals of all catalog columns into account.
When using the program, you should take into account that changes to the service master, particularly in the productive system, may have serious consequences. Hence you should always read the program documentation.
Before carrying out the reorganization, the column values should be copied with the program RNUKACP0. The exact procedure is also detailed in the program documentation.
