Solution
Further linking tables can be created in the ABAP/4 Dictionary.
Here, you should notice that the structure of these tables must be identical to the structure TOAV0, as otherwise, problems will occur when accessing the linking tables. The table type should be transparent. A further entry is additionally required in the table TOACO. This can be carried out with the transaction OAD3 or from the administration menu Optical archive.
