SAP Note 22942 - Plan report: no display of revenues

Symptom:

• Symptom 1:

The plan report of cost center accounting (KSBL) does not display planned revenues.

• Symptom 2:

The plan report of cost center accounting (KSBL) does not display statistical planning for cost elements of cost element type 90 (statistical cost element for balance sheet account).
Cause and prerequisites

The plan report was planned exclusively for actual costs.Revenues on cost centers, however, are only assigned statistically.

Solution

• Symptom 1:

If the revenues are to be displayed in the plan report, you can implement the attached modification.This modification will display the revenues as the first block on the credits side. However, they are then also included in the total credit amount and therefore included in the surplus/deficit!

In addition to the attached modifications, you must also maintain text symbol 999 in program RKSBPL00 (to do this, just change Include RKSBPINI and create text symbol 999 'Revenues' by double-clicking on TEXT-999).

• Symptom 2:

As of Release 4. 0 you can display statistical postings to cost elements of type cost element type 90 through implementing the modification described under symptom 1 using Transaction KSBL.

There is no advance correction for Transaction KSBL before Release 4.0.You can define a report for report table CCSS using the Report Painter which displays these values.
