SAP Note 21584 - Delivery block on sched.line level and requiremnts

Symptom:

A delivery block on schedule line level (VBEP-LIFSP) does not delete
the confirmed quantity after you save even though the
the "Confirmation block" (TVLS-SPEBE) is set for the blocking reason .
On the header level (VBAK-LIFSK), however, the block works perfectly.

Cause and prerequisites

The confirmation block is only effective for the entire order, that is on header level.
