SAP Note 18772 - System requirements for ArchiveLink

Cause and prerequisites

Insufficient system resources for ArchiveLink operation under Windows result in problems during the operation - especially printing problems.

Solution
The following system resources are required for the ArchiveLink operation under Windows:

Windows NT
==========
Platform : NT 3.5
Working storage : at least 16 MB
Graphics resolution : at least 1024 x 768
Disk storage : (see below)

Windows or Windows for Workgroups
=================================
Version : 3.1 or 3.11
Working storage : at least 8 MB
Graphics resolution : at least 1024 x 768
Disk storage : (see below)
other : 386 enhanced Modus at least 15 MB relocation file

5MB disk storage are sufficient for the ArchiveLink installation. In addition, you should have at least 15 MB disk storage for caching fax documents.
It is usually required to install the components of the archive supplier on the frontend. Please note the specifications of the archive supplier.
