SAP Note 18683 - No planning file entry for shipping notification

Symptom:

When you change the purchase order shipping notification (confirmation or shipping notification), no entry is written in the planning file.

Cause and prerequisites

This is not implemented.

Solution
Create it manually with MD20. Implemented in standard with 3.0C
