SAP Note 18040 - RAJABS00 -> AU070 Incomplete depreciation

Symptom:

When you perform the technical year-end closing with RAJABS00, the system generates message AU070 'Depreciation not completely posted'. During depreciation posting with RABUCH00, however, nothing else is posted.

Cause and prerequisites

A depreciation area is provided in Customizing of the areas for posting the depreciation (field BUHBKT in Transaction OADB), but there are no posting rules determined for the depreciation posting (Transaction OAYR), in particular, no interval is specified for depreciation posting.

Solution
Maintain the Customizing settings for depreciation posting so they are consistent. In particular, you should note that depreciation posting rules also have to be maintained for a reserve for special depreciation area in the company codes in which no reserves for special depreciation effectively occur, if a depreciation area for reserves for special depreciation exists.
