When you post a goods movement, the system issues error message M7001:
"Check table XMARD: entry material plant does not exist".
The error message is issued for customer movement types or for changed SAP movement types.
This problem is caused by an incorrect setting of the movement type in table T156S (up to Release 4.5) or in table T156SY (as of Release 4.6).
SolutionCompare the movement type with the movement type delivered by SAP or with the standard setting from client 000.
In particular, check in table T156S (table T156S as of 4.6) to see if
- the "SLoc" indicator (storage location required) is set (field XLGORT).
- the correct quantity string (column "QStr") was allocated (field BUSTM).
