SAP Note 16668 - SAPDBBRF authorization for account types

Symptom:

Key words: RFBELJ00, RFEPOJ00, SAPDBBRF, FR 813
When you call reports that process all documents (document database), the system checks that the user has at least display authorization for all account types (D, K, and S).
It does not take internal perspectives into account, however. For example: the system does not check whether the user selects document types or document number ranges for which he/she has the display authorization.

Cause and prerequisites

Works as designed: the aim is to prevent that incomplete lists are created.

Solution
Organizational solution required; it may be necessary for a different user to request the batch evaluations and then distribute the lists accordingly.
