SAP Note 15816 - Flow logic entry SAPMV45A missing in T185

Symptom:

Error message V0102 in area Production -> Create / change customer indep. requirement
in the attempt to jump to following screens:
Example: Overview -> Items -> Account assignment -> Overview
or items - status -> items - commercial data

For all items under the button / menu item, an error message is issued:
"Flow logic entry SAPMV45A... missing in T185"
Customers cannot maintain table T185.

Cause and prerequisites

An incorrect function menu was offered on the account assignment / status screen. As a result, functions were offered that are only relevant for sales documents, not for independent requirements.

Solution
Error will be corrected in the next release: the proper menu (with fewer functions) will be offered. Until then, it is essential that you use F3 to exit the account assignment / status screen. No advance correction is possible.
