Solution
Field selection is dependent on the current line structure: the first 6 "characteristics" (fields of type CHAR, DAT, and NUM) and the first 2 "performance figures" (amounts type CURR) are passed on to Excel.
A precondition is that you have defined special fields in table T021S. The system ignores fields that correspond to other data types. For example, the MENGE field (type QUAN) is neither exported as a performance figure nor as a characteristic. Below you find a description for a modification to export the MENGE field as characteristic.

The data structure that is exported can be seen in generated Include RFEPOSX0: report RFEPOSX1 is started, and field selection is restricted to the 6/2 fields in RFPOSFX0.
You could extend the structure (e.g. to 10 fields) by adapting the coding (modification), but this might not look very good in Excel.
