SAP Note 13525 - Requesting a level 2 trace from spool work process

Solution
From the process overview (transaction SM50), you can change the trace level by selecting the process and then selecting the following menu path: Process -> Trace -> Select Active Components. In the dialog box that is displayed, select only the "Print" component (switch off the "Taskhandler" componenet) and enter 2 as the "Tracelevel".

Before you reproduce the problem, reset the Traces using Process -> Trace -> Reset. When the problem has been reproduced, reset the trace level to the default settings.

The Support Packages and correction instructions listed in this note modify Report RSPO0050. This report enables you to set the trace level throughout the system. Use this report only if SAP Support requests you to do so.

If you implement the correction instructions in Release 4.6C, you must create RFC function module TH_REMOTE_SET_WP_TRACE in function group SDEB.
