SAP Note 13365 - ORA57 max. number of temporary table locks exceeded

Symptom:

ORA57 maximum number of temporary table locks exceeded.

Cause and prerequisites

The number of temporary tables required exceeds the maximum number of temporary table locks.
Temporary tables are often created for large sort operations.

Solution
Increase the init.ora parameter temporary_table_locks.
In the initial step, a sensible increase is about 50%.
You must restart the database after changing the parameter.
