Run-time error CALL_FUNCTION_SIGNON_REJECTED during remote function call (RFC)
In the case of tRFC, entries hang in SM58 with status "Transaction was recorded" and do not run. CALL_FUNCTION_SIGNON_REJECTED dumps are seen in ST22.
The specified destination uses a user or a password that has not been maintained in the destination system.
Even when the user has no RFC authorization, a runtime error is generated.
Define a CPIC user in the destination system.
Use SM59 to maintain the logon data for the destination.
Note: You can test the connection (PING) without logging on. (This cannot be used to check whether the password is correct.)
