SAP Note 13247 - Printing structure graphics: all releases/all platforms

Symptom:

1) Printing from local printer does not function correctly.
2) Print from system printer cannot be selected.
3) Printing from system printer results in termination.

Cause and prerequisites

1) Printing from a locally connected printer or network printer from
Windows and OS/2 is only supported completely from the specified
release (see table under 'solution'). With earlier releases you
may have problems with the logical printers 'LPT1', 'LPT2', 'PRN',
etc. if you use this function.
2) Printing from R/3 system printers is only supported
from 2.1I, 2.2C or 3.0A.
3) You should therefore not select this option if your release is
earlier than 2.1I, 2.2C.
Printing on R/2 system printers is not supported.

Solution
1)-3) Please use the following table to check whether the printing
functionality that you require is available with the version
of SAP Structural Graphics that you are implementing. If you
still experience problems, please contact us.

F = Printing a postscript file
L = Printing from a local postscript printer
S = Printing from an R/2 or R/3 system printer (postscript)
C = CGM format export (Computer Graphics Metafile)
