Cause and prerequisites

Problem when copying cycles from 2.0 Release. In table T811K, set/group names are stored with a leading blank before the ID OH by mistake.

Solution
To eliminate this error, the incorrect groups must be deleted first and then be stored again. To do this, proceed as follows:

1. Searching for the incorrect segments or groups:
==================================================
Start the transaction SE16 for table T811K. On the following selection screen, please make the following entries:
Table: CCSS
Cycle: kkkkZZZZZZZZ (kkkk stands for controlling area and
ZZZZZZZZ for the cycle name for which
this error occurred.
Example: controlling area 0003; the error
occurred for cycle VARTPU.
==> 0003VARTPU
Choose the function SELECT ALL and start the table display with EXECUTE.

Now analyse all entries in the SETNAME column. Entries of the form
"0H SETNAME" - thus with a SPACE between ID 0H and the actual set name -
are incorrect. Please note down the corresponding segment number in the
SEGME column for the incorrect entries.
Example: entry "0H KOA-1" is incorrect; 0003 is specified in column SEGME.

2. Correction of incorrect segments / groups:
=============================================
Now start the cycle maintenance for the assessment or distribution and branch to the corresponding segment maintenance screen with the help of segment number noted down in step 1.
Example: SEGME from step 1: 3; please branch to the screen for the
third segment by either scrolling starting from the beginning
(SEGMENT+) or with the help of the function OVERVIEW.

In the thus chosen segment, first delete the incorrect group and enter any single value that is without relevance here.
Then save the cycle.
Example: cost element group KOA-1 in segment 3 is deleted and instead
single value 400000 is entered and the cycle is saved.
Now you delete the single value again and enter the correct group. Now save the the cycle again.
Example: single value in segment 3 is deleted again and the group KOA-1
is entered and the cycle is saved.

Please carry out this step for all incorrect segments and check - as specified in step 1 - table T811K for correct set name entries (without BLANK).
