SAP Note 13008 - ORA600 / Objects StANDARD/DIANE do not exist

Symptom:

ORA600 and objects DIANA and STANDARD do not exist.
or
ORA6553: PLS_213 package STANDARD not accessible.

Cause and prerequisites

The procedural ORACLE extension requires specific objects in the database. These objects are not created (and not required) in the standard version.

Solution
cd $ORACLE_HOME/rdbms/admin
sqldba lmode=y
connect internal
AT-Sign(Klammeraffe)catproc

For NT or newer Oracle versions, replace the sqldba call with svrmgr23/svrmgr30 (NT) or svrmgrl (Unix).
