SAP Note 12056 - Messages 454, 563 when copying routings .

Symptom

When you transfer routings to the SAP System using batch input
(report RCPTRA01) the following messages may appear:
CP454 Enter the standard value &
CP563 Control key &: Maintain external processing data

Cause and prerequisites

454: In the work center, on the basic data screen, the rules for
maintenance "must" and "should" be entered.
=> The system branches to operation verification, which cannot
be furnished from batch input.
563: The control key for an operation determines that the operation
is processed externally.
=> The system branches to operation verification, which cannot
be furnished from batch input.

Solution
454: Before you transfer data you have to remove all maintenace
rules from the work center. Once you have successfully trans-
ferred the work center, you must maintain the original values
for the rules.
563: Before you transfer data, you have to reset the control key of
the operation to "external processing". Once you have success-
fully transferred the work center, you must reset the control
key to its original value.
