SAP Note 11693 - Not all allocations for balance sheet version.

Symptom

RFBILA00 outputs the error message Not all allocations were made
for balance sheet version XXXX.

Cause and prerequisites

Version maintained incompletely.

Solution
Via the key 'Special items', completely maintain the allocations
for assets, liabilities, retained earnings, net loss for the
year, P+L result, items not allocated.
