SAP Note 11304 - Class L tables are not copied .

Symptom

When a client is copied, tables of class 'L' are not included.
Tables concerned, for example,: TTXJ, TTXJT, T055, T055G, T055T, ...

Cause and prerequisites

L previously meant: Transport without entries.
L now means: Do not transport.

Solution
These tables will be assigned class C in Release 3.0.
(This can be performed in advance using SE11).
Use the program RSCLTCOP (Case -> Maintenance -> Client copy ->
Copy ind tab.) to copy the missing table entries.

This program also copies tables in class 'L'.
