SAP Note 11181 - ISHCM runtime error when receiving large datasets.

Symptom

The runtime error TSV_TNEW_PG_Create_failed occurs for large datasets when you retrieve data from the partner system using RNCGET01, RNCGET02, RNCGET03 ... or RNCGETxx.
Depending on system setting, the error DBIF_RTAB_NO_MEMORY can also occur.

Cause and prerequisites

The dataset for the SAP R/3 communications module is too large or the roll area is too small.

Solution

The SAP R/3 communications module cannot transfer any amount of data all at once. Neither it is intended to make this possible.

Solution:

• Start the data transfer more often. Or:

"manually" split up transfer files that have already been too large.
